Human Microbiota Extracts 6 - Clardy Lab

Members of  Dr. Jon Clardy’s laboratory (Harvard Medical School) have assembled a library of partially purified extracts from members of the human microbiota: Bilophila wadsworthia, Clostridium bolteae, Clostridium clostridioforme, Clostridium innocuum, Clostridium symbiosum, Eubacterium hallii, Eubacterium rectale, Flavonifractor plautii, Gordonibacter urolithinfaciens, Klebsiella pneumoniaea, Ruminococcus lactaris, and Subdoligranulum variabile. There are multiple extracts per bacteriumThe extracts have been partially purified to remove compounds of high polarity. This library was plated and added to the ICCB-Longwood collection in March 2024.
