ICCB-Longwood has two quantitative PCR instruments

There is a training and annual access fee for the LifeTechnologies QuantStudio 7 qPCR instruments; please see the bottom of this page for additional information.

These instruments were purchased with funding from Harvard Medical School’s Tools and Technologies Committee (Flex) and Foundry (Pro).

QS7 Instruments

The standard dyes these instruments are calibrated for are: FAM, VIC, ROX, SYBR, TAMRA, NED. If you are using a custom dye in your assay, please plan to calibrate your own protocol. 

All experiments on these instruments are performed in 384-well microplates.
