The small molecule library was purchased from ChemDiv through funding from Harvard Medical School's Foundry Award Program and plated in August 2023. This diversity set of compounds is specifically designed for targeting the central nervous system (CNS) via multiparameter optimization for improved blood-brain barrier permeability.
