SGM 6th Floor Window Replacement - Screening Facility Closure Notice

As you may be aware from all of the scaffolding, the Seeley G Mudd building is undergoing window replacement this summer. This construction work is anticipated to affect the ICCB-L Screening Facility according to the following schedule:

SGM 611 – The room will be closed on the first and last day of the construction (possibly only for a few hours). There will be limited access to the room during 7/12 – 7/18. The Bravo siRNA transfer system and SEIKO pin-transfer robots will not be available. We anticipate maintaining access to the hoods and the incubators. The EnVision1, Acumen, and both QPCR instruments will still be available.

The screening room office will be temporarily relocated to the front office (SGM 604). Please find us there if you need us.

7/12 – Room closed for construction draping – no access

7/13 –  7/17 – Limited access to the facility. No Bravo or SEIKO

7/18 –  Room closed for construction removal – no access

 

SGM 612 – The room will be closed on the first and last day of the construction (possibly only for a few hours). There will be limited access to the room during 7/18 – 7/24. The D300, EnVision2, & M5 will be moved to a location where they can still be used. The Hamilton robot will be unavailable, and some incubators may be relocated.

7/18 – Room closed for construction draping – no access

7/19 – 7/23 – Limited access to the facility. No Hamilton

7/24 – Room closed for construction removal – no access

 

SGM 607 – There should be limited disruption to this room. General Analysis computers 2 & 4 will be offline during this work.

7/13 – 7/19 Access to the room. Only the back of the room will be affected. No General Analysis 2 or 4 during this time.
