Human Arrayed CRISPR Libraries

The stock concentration for arrayed synthetic single-guide RNAs (sgRNA) CRISPR knock out library plates designated for screening is 1 µM. All of the sgRNAs are stored in TE buffer (10 mM Tris-HCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.0).

Each well contains up to three sgRNA targetting the same gene (>93% have three guides/target)
