Synthego sgRNA Human Kinase

This collection of Synthego synthetic single-guide RNAs (sgRNA) was purchased in 2019 and plated in January 2020. The design of this library is based on Gencode Release 26 (GRCh38.p10). It incorporates recent advances in sgRNA algorithm design to decrease off-target effects and increase the probability of an indel resulting in gene knock out.

The sgRNAs in this library are a discrete set that target kinases; the targets included in this library were determined by Synthego. Investigators will likely not screen both Synthego 1 and Synthego 2 libraries, as 780 of the targets in this library are also represented in Synthego 1.
