The ICCB-Longwood Screening Facility is a small molecule and RNAi high-throughput screening laboratory. It is built around modular work stations and most assays are performed in 384-well plates. There are over 500,000 small molecules available for screening at ICCB-Longwood and the compound collection is continuously growing. Whole human and mouse genome siRNA libraries, lncRNA siRNA libraries, as well as miRNA mimic and inhibitor libraries, are also available for screening. These libraries can be screened at the genome level, in focused subsets or with a custom picked set of siRNAs.
At this time, ICCB-L is only available to HMS-approved, SARS-CoV-2 research projects.
Information will be posted and shared with all users as soon as ICCB-L's ramp up plan has been approved by Harvard Medical School and a date is set for re-entry.
If you require ICCB-L equipment or staff support for SARS-COV2 research, please contact Jennifer Smith. We will work together to ensure the necessary research is performed.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, ICCB-L is halting instrument training and in person support. Please contact Jennifer Smith with questions about this. Please contact the Screening Room Team if an instrument issue arises.
