Panacea Channel Modulator Library
The Panacea Channel Modulator Library is a focused collection of compounds predicted to impact channel activity at the cell surface. The curation of this library and compound purchase were made possible through the support of a DARPA Panacea grant awarded to Drs. Peter Sorger (Harvard Medical School), Bruce Bean (Harvard Medical School) and Clifford Woolf (Boston Children's Hospital). This library was plated in November 2020.
Each compound is plated at 4 concentrations (10 mM, 2 mM, 0.4 mM and 0.08 mM). The concentrations of the compounds on both library plates are according to quadrant; Quadrant A1 is at 10 mM, Quadrant A2 is at 2 mM, Quadrant B1 is at 0.4 mM and Quadrant B2 is at 0.08 mM, please see maps below for visual layouts.
