LINCS 3 - Chromatin Targeting Library
The compounds in this collection were selected for HMS LINCS and purchased from a variety of vendors. ICCB-Longwood’s portion of this library was paid for by an NIH Center grant to Dr. Alan D’Andrea (DFCI) in May 2013 and plated in July 2013.
Each compound is plated at 4 concentrations (10 mM, 2 mM, 0.4 mM and 0.08 mM). The concentrations of the compounds on this library plate are according to quadrant; Quadrant A1 is at 10mM, Quadrant A2 is at 2mM, Quadrant B1 is at 0.4mM and Quadrant B2 is at 0.08mM, please see map below for a visual layout.
Number of Compounds: | 41 (x 4 concentrations) 164 wells |
Plate Numbers: | 3426 (1 Plate) |
Concentration Information: | 0.08mM, 0.4mM, 2mM, 10mM in DMSO |
This is a collection of compounds that inhibit proteins characterized to interact with and/or impact chromatin structure and function. Targets include histone deacetylases, DNA methyltransferases, polyADP ribose polymerases, histone acetyl transferases, sirtuins, histone lysine methyltransferases, histone lysine demethylases, bromodomains, methyl mark readers, HIF-1alpha prolyl hydroxylase-2, telomerase, and RNA polymerase I.
Please refer to the HMS LINCS website and HiTS Small Molecule Suite for more detailed information about the contents of this library.
