LDDN-CNS

This library of 320 compounds was provided to ICCB-Longwood by the Laboratory for Drug Discovery in Neurodegeneration at Brigham and Women's Hospital (Dr Kevin Hodgetts) in December 2017. The compounds in the library include: (i) 160 novel compounds with central nervous system (CNS) drug cores and physicochemical properties suitable for blood brain barrier penetration (e.g., cLogP 1-4, PSA 40-80, MW<400, HBD<3); and (ii) 160 compounds with known CNS activity and mechanism of action.
