Gray Focused Library 2019

This is a target-focused library of 88 compounds provided to ICCB-Longwood by Dr. Nathanael Gray (then at Dana Farber Cancer Institute) in 2019. The compounds were plated for screening in September 2019. They comprise validated and suspected ATP-site kinase inhibitors that target active and inactive kinase conformations, and anti-viral compounds.

Each compound is plated at 4 concentrations (3.33 mM, 1.11 mM, 0.37 mM and 0.12 mM). The concentrations of the compounds on this library plate are according to quadrant; Quadrant A1 is at 3.33 mM, Quadrant A2 is at 1.11 mM, Quadrant B1 is at 0.37 mM and Quadrant B2 is at 0.12 mM; please see map below for a visual layout.
