This compound library was purchased from Selleck Chemicals through funding from Harvard Medical School's Foundry Award Program and plated in July 2023. The library is a collection of 2816 structurally diverse, medicinally active, and cell permeable drugs and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) included in pharmacopoeia. All drugs have been approved by governing agencies (FDA, EMA, HMA, CFDA, and/or PMDA) or pharmacopoeia (USP, BP, EP, JP, Ph.Int, etc.). Of the 2816 drugs in this library, 1409 have received FDA or FDA and other agencies approval. Bioactivity and safety have been confirmed in clinical trials.

Please note there is at least 38.8% compound overlap between Selleck FDA-Approved and Selleck Bioactive (1094 of 2816 compounds).

All compounds are dissolved in DMSO at 10mM, with the exception of 77 compounds on plate 5087 that are at 2mM in DMSO.
