MicroSource 1 – US Drug Collection

This collection was plated in October 2009 and was provided to ICCB-Longwood by Steve Elledge (Harvard Medical School).

According to MicroSource, the compounds in this collection “have reached clinical trial stages in the USA. Each compound has been assigned USAN or USP status and is included in the USP Dictionary (U.S. Pharmacopeia, 2005), the authorized list of established names for drugs in the USA”. A list of compounds and the Excel or SD file with this information can be downloaded at the MicroSource site.

Please note there is at least 73% compound overlap between MicroSource 1 – US Drug Collection and NINDS Custom Collection 2.
