The MedChemExpress Mitochondrial Library is a collection of 416 mitochondria-targeting compounds that modulate mitochondrial metabolism, ATP synthesis, mitophagy, apoptosis, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation, among other mitochondrial processes.
This library was purchased from MedChemExpress through funding from Harvard Medical School's Foundry Award Program and plated in November 2022. The majority of compounds in this library are not represented in other ICCB-L libraries.
