The Enamine 2 collection was purchased by a NIH U01 grant to Dr. Junying Yuan, HMS Cell Biology Department, in September 2006. These compounds were specifically chosen by Dr. Tudor Oprea’s group at the University of New Mexico to increase the overall diversity of the ICCB-Longwood collection, as well as for favorable physico-chemical properties such as solubility, decreased toxicity, and increased stability.
This plate is a continuation of the library Enamine 2 and contains the same compounds as plate 1715 from that library, however in a different order. If you have already screened plate 1715, you do not need to screen this plate.
