This Asinex Nucleoside (SAM/SAH) Mimetics library was jointly purchased by the Blavatnik Biomedical Accelerator and Priscilla Yang (Harvard Medical School, NIH Center of Excellence for Translational Research grant) and plated in Summer 2017. As stated on the Asinex website, their chemists developed a number of stereo- and enantio-selective methods for the synthesis of nucleoside-like core intermediates (e.g. mimics of adenosine). These intermediates have been extensively decorated by various long chain amines, acids and amino acids to yield this library.
Note: LC/MS was performed on a select number of wells in this library and there were a few compounds with noted impurities and/or degradation products. This information is available in Screensaver, Study 100001.
