# Synthego sgRNA Human Druggable Genome This collection of [Synthego](https://www.synthego.com/products/crispr-kits/screening-libraries) synthetic single-guide RNAs (sgRNA) was purchased in 2019 and plated in January 2020. The design of this library is based on [Gencode Release 26 (GRCh38.p10)](https://www.gencodegenes.org/human/release_26.html). It incorporates recent advances in sgRNA algorithm design to decrease off-target effects and increase the probability of an indel resulting in gene knock out.
