# Selleck Bioactive Compound Library This library was purchased from [Selleck Chemicals](http://www.selleckchem.com/screening/chemical-library.html) by ICCB-Longwood and plated in September 2015. This library contains some FDA-approved compounds and most of Selleck’s inhibitors, active pharmaceutical agents, and chemotherapeutic agents, as well as some natural products. This is a bioactive library and compounds are likely more potent. Thus, the library has been plated at 3 concentrations – 10 mM, 3.33 mM and 1.11 mM – and each concentration is a distinct set of 7 384-well library plates. Investigators can select the library concentration(s) at which they would like to screen. The only difference between the three sets of plates is the compound concentration. Please note there is at least 57.5% compound overlap between Selleck Bioactive and Selleck FDA-Approved (1094 of 1902 compounds).
