#  Quantitative PCR 

 



### ICCB-Longwood has two quantitative PCR instruments

There is a training and annual access fee for the LifeTechnologies QuantStudio 7 qPCR instruments; please see the bottom of this page for additional information.

### LifeTechnologies QuantStudio 7

These instruments were purchased with funding from Harvard Medical School’s Tools and Technologies Committee (Flex) and Foundry (Pro).

The standard dyes these instruments are calibrated for are: FAM, VIC, ROX, SYBR, TAMRA, NED. If you are using a custom dye in your assay, please plan to [calibrate your own protocol](/file_url/383).

All experiments on these instruments are performed in 384-well microplates.
