Human 5 - RefSeq27 Reversion Pools

This collection of siGENOME siRNAs was purchased in 2010 as part of the RNAi Global Consortium. Dharmacon created this new collection as an update (“reversion”) of their 2006 Dharmacon siGENOME library. It contains siRNA SMARTpools targeting a subset of genes present in the Dharmacon siGENOME collection (ICCB Dharmacon 2006 Human 1-4). In addition, this library contains SMARTpools targeting 64 unique genes that are not represented in Human 1-4. The design of this library is based on RefSeq version 27. The siRNAs are arrayed as SMARTpools.
