Members of Dr. Jon Clardy’s laboratory (Harvard Medical School) have assembled a library of partially purified extracts from members of the human microbiota: *Acinetobacter baumannii, Bacteroides fragilis, Bacteroides uniformis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Collinsella aerofaciens, Eggerthella lenta, Enterococcus faecalis, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Klebsiella* *pneumoniae, Morganella morganii, Muribaculum intestinale, Oscillibacter sp., Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus infantis, Streptococcus mitis, Streptococcus oralis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus salivarius, Turicibacter sanguinis,* and *Veillonella parvula.* There are multiple extracts per bacterium*.* The extracts have been partially purified to remove compounds of high polarity. This library was plated and added to the ICCB-Longwood collection in May 2023.

Screening positives that have been confirmed by follow-up experiments on cherry picked samples can be further fractionated via a collaboration with the lab of Dr. Jon Clardy (Harvard Medical School). Please contact [Jennifer Smith ](mailto:jennifer_smith@hms.harvard.edu)to arrange for purification of “hit” compounds from extract samples.

This library requires permission before screening. ICCB-Longwood screeners interested in screening this library should contact [Jennifer Smith](mailto:jennifer_smith@hms.harvard.edu) for more details.
