# Asinex 3

This Asinex Nucleoside (SAM/SAH) Mimetics library was jointly purchased by the [Blavatnik Biomedical Accelerator](http://otd.harvard.edu/accelerators/blavatnik-biomedical-accelerator/) and Priscilla Yang (Harvard Medical School, NIH Center of Excellence for Translational Research grant) and plated in Summer 2017. As stated on the [Asinex website](https://www.asinex.com/nucleoside-mimetics), their chemists developed a number of stereo- and enantio-selective methods for the synthesis of nucleoside-like core intermediates (e.g. mimics of adenosine). These intermediates have been extensively decorated by various long chain amines, acids and amino acids to yield this library.

Note: LC/MS was performed on a select number of wells in this library and there were a few compounds with noted impurities and/or degradation products. This information is available in Screensaver, Study 100001.
