The single plate SpectraMax® M5 is a dual-monochromater plate reader capable of Absorbance, Luminescence, Fluorescence Intensity, Time-Resolved Fluorescence, and Fluorescence Polarization detection technologies. It has the ability to read 6,12,24,96 and 384-well plates from the top or bottom, as well as standard cuvettes. It has temperature control from 4°C above ambient to 60°C.
Its monochromators allow for excitation and emission selection at any wavelengths in the following ranges:
