Image Analysis Workstations
The ICCB-Longwood High Content Screening Microscope Suite has three image analysis workstations, each with the MetaXpress software installed. These workstations are available for viewing and analyzing the data from the high content screening microscopes. Each station is equipped with two 19" Dell flat panel LCD monitors for easier viewing and manipulation of the software.
Molecular Devices MetaXpress Software for High Content Screening
The MetaXpress software from Molecular Devices provides users with a range of tools to automate acquistion, processing, and analysis of cellular images. Optional application-specific software modules for common assays are also available.
