Frank Buchholz, from the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (Dresden) will present a talk entitled:

"Systems Biology at the Cancer Cell and Stem Cell Interface" The Buchholz lab has developed endoribonuclease prepared siRNA (esiRNA) technology for genome wide screens to identify and characterize genes relevant to cancer biology and differentiation.

ICCB-Longwood has acquired a genome-scale esiRNA library that will be available for screening soon.

Future Meeting Dates:

December 9, 2009 - "miRNA mimic and inhibitor reagents for screening" time and location to be posted soon.

If you would like to volunteer to speak at a future RNAi meeting, please let Caroline Shamu know.
