Mouse 5 - Supplemental Library

This collection of Dharmacon siGENOME siRNAs was purchased in 2011 as part of the RNAi Global Consortium. Dharmacon created this collection to complete their 2006 mouse siGENOME library. It contains SMARTpools targeting 3,679 genes that were not targeted for knockdown in the 2006 Dharmacon mouse siGENOME library. The design of this library is based on RefSeq version 32. The siRNAs are arrayed as SMARTpools.

This library, together with Dharmacon Mouse 1 - Kinases and Phosphatases, 2 - GPCRs, 3 - Remaining Druggable Genome, and 4 - Remaining Genome, comprise the entire siRNA library targeting the mouse genome. The Dharmacon catalog number for the entire Mouse Genome is: G-015000.
